Bulgaria a incalcat drepturile de proprietate intelectuala in productia de arme

Rusia continuă negocierile cu Bulgaria în privința patentelor de arme, potrivit directorului general al Rosoboronexport, Anatoly Isaikin. Isaikin, citat de agenția rusă de știri RIA Novosti și postul bulgar de radio Darik, spune că relațiile în sfera drepturilor de proprietate intelectuală s-au îmbunătățit recent.

”Între timp, Rosoboronoexport continuă negocierile cu Bulgaria, care continuă să folosească ilegal drepturi de proprietate intelectuală rusești”, a adăugat Isaikin. Rusia ridică periodic problema violărilor periodice a drepturilor de proprietate în privința producției de arme automate Kalașnikov.

Isaikin a mai menționat dezvoltarea cooperării tehnico-militare ruso-chineze. El a adăugat că participarea chineză la exporturile rusești a crescut cu 12% în 2012, o dublare practic față de perioadele precedente.

There is no need to re-register every year. The ownership laws were cgnehad recently, and this has caused some confusion, though really it is very simple. Anyone who has previously bought in Bulgaria has to re-register before a cut-off date in 2010, to comply with the new law. Anyone purchasing now will automatically be signing the up to date legislation, and will not have anything further to do.It is not possible to own land as a foreigner, but perfectly legal to own it via a company of which you are the owner. To do this you need to set up a Bulgarian company, but this is just a paperwork exercise, and there are easy ways to do this. Cost will be about € 600. If you want only to purchase an apartment, there is no land ownership involved, and therefore no need to form a company, but is invariably the case that rural properties come with land, so a forming company is essential.Within the price range you are considering, it will typically be necessary to allow at least the same amount of expenditure to renovate the dwelling, as it does to purchase it. Do not expect an inside toilet or bathroom.The villages are populated mainly by older people. Do not expect them to know any English. If you are not prepared to learn Bulgarian, your enjoyment of the experience will be greatly diluted, but the already goodspiritness of the rural Bulgarians will turn to a fantastic welcome if you even only at first struggle with a few words of their language.They are without doubt the most generous and genuine people I have met.Choose very carefully by what means you buy your property.
